We are a physical therapy group that works with home health agencies and directly with doctors through mobile outpatient. We desire to help residents in the senior living space and in the comfort of their homes.  We emphasize working with assisted living facilities to intervene quickly if residents are having problems.  We work together with the patient and staff to promote the best environment for them to improve and be safe.  We understand that the people involved in resident care are key components in identifying the need for PT. We believe our presence in the senior living space improves patient care, safety, and is a great perk for residents looking for a place to call home.  Our business model is a novel way to provide our services to assisted living facilities, residential care facilities, and senior living facilities. Having on-call physical therapists have several advantages:
