We are a mobile outpatient physical therapy group with a desire to help residents in the senior living space.  In contrast to home health agencies, we focus ONLY on physical therapy for patients in senior care facilities or where they reside.  This allows us to pinpoint their needs and the needs of the facility.  It gives us a chance to intervene quickly if residents are having problems.  We work together with the patient and staff to promote the best environment for them to improve and be safe.  We understand that the people involved in resident care are key components in identifying the need for PT. We believe our presence in the senior living space improves patient care, safety, and is a great perk for residents looking for a place to call home.  We, along with the patient’s doctors, decide the frequency and plan of care of our patients and not an agency.  Our business model is a novel way to provide our services to assisted living facilities, residential care facilities, and senior living facilities. Having on-call physical therapists have several advantages:
